Incomplete Dreams and Their Story…

We do see too many, Many dreams are way out of imagination. They don’t start perfectly; rather, they start in the middle. Psychology states that what we already know are those things we only see happening in our dreams. But in reality, when they come in real life, they do come in a different state.
Scientists also study a lot about this. REM means “Rapid Eye Movement”, which is a type of sleep in which we mostly see vivid dreams. But if there is no REM, then our dreamy state will be far more boring and a bit slower. In that state, we also feel or see the moment that happened to us a while ago. Or some recent meet-up.
If we were in a dreamy state and someone woke us up, or we got up by the tone of the alarm. Still, we can continue that dream from where we left off. But… If we wake up by ourselves, then we cannot do that. There is a part of our brain that is located on the front side we call the Medial prefrontal cortex. This part helps us to recollect that dream where we left off, or it is helpful to recall the phase.
It happens on the basis of our age factor. In old age, we cannot continue where we left off with that dream. Vice versa, if the age is young,g, then we can continue our dream from where we left off. Because in the brain, dreams stay fresh in the form of memories, and they will be there in the future too. There are many more interesting things related to our dreams and sleep. We will learn those slowly, slowly. Till then, sleep well, see dreams, and if possible, try to fulfil those dreams.
